Trainer Cascadia would like to battle!

Uploading individuals of my redesigned Eevee trainers. This project has been in progress for over two years!

Next up is Cascadia, who has made her adventures to multiple regions as a Contest Judge with her Vaporeon and Water-type team. She still seems to be working on her shy demeanor.
Her outfit overhaul was very fun to design! She used to be mainly whites and blues in her outfits, but her hair palette definitely takes too much attention to add more blue on top of it.
